Effective support of the mobile sales team

By using LINEAS MobileSales customer data can be retrieved and orders can be taken right during counselling the client. Sales agents have direct access to the product catalogue in addition to customer data.

Directly after the acquisition process and transfer of orders the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

Aditionally there is the opportunity to print the generated confirmation of order via Bluetooth. The order is collected centrally and can be passed to an ERP system. After that a pdf-file is generated and printed.  In the back office both the mobile acquired order and the customer data can be attended and administered.
