Effective support of mobile service personnel

With LINEAS MobileFieldservice LINEAS makes another BlackBerry solution available. This application enables service employees to make mobile online acquirements.

Furthermore orders can be retrieved from the central back office.

By connecting an RFID reader or a bar code scanner the acquirement of articles or sub-assemblies is facilitated. The use of a GPS receiver makes it possible to locate the service employee and therefore to optimize order dispositions.  

By this means the access to current information of the order- and commodities-logistic is possible. Already implemented back office solutions can easily be connected, including an order inventory.
