LINEAS' corporate environment features a flat hierarchical structure, which encourages teamwork among our professionals. Teamwork is very important to LINEAS as every single employee contributes to our success with autonomous work. Our training programs include use of rhetorical instruments as well as presentation techniques.
The LINEAS Forum is an important program which facilitates good communication between supervisors and developers. Here, employees exchange information about new technologies, and they keep up to date and discuss their project experience to optimise the success of current projects.
We have quarterly general meetings taking place throughout the year. During these meetings, the management informs about current company activities.
After work, social activities are not forgotten. Regular get-togethers are the annual summer picnic and the Christmas party. Other group events that take place include cocktail parties, poker games, and even sports activities such as rowing, dancing, squash, bowling or badminton.
